VPS vs dedicated whats the diffrences between them?

i wondering whats the diffrences between private servers and dedicated servers????????

a dedicated is your own server and vps is a server divided into about 5 slots depending on the host

You can install software on both of them as well

space is just one factor. The more important thing is memory. Consider used memory if you have a busy website.
