Can anyone tell me how I can set the default submenus list in my XP home edition?
More:
I open a folder in My Docs, enter the folder, then I want for example to create a new file by right clicking to reveal the submenu file choice, but here some problem has occurred, there are file icons to choose from but not the ones I want from Microsoft Works and so on?
Some of the programmes I have installed seem to have defaulted thier own file formats in my right click submenu listings, and I have removed the programmes that could have been causing the removal of my XP icons, so how can I restore to the XP default that will show all my files again.
I just want to create a file from within a new folder.
