I doubt you are going to find a free host offering what you need. I would recommend going to the request forum and seeing if you can get your site sponsored.

You could try requesting at www.nicewebs.com . Their service is currently full, but they apparently will take on more sites if given a good enough reason. Server is v. reliable and fast for me as my old site used to be hosted on their free plan.

They have been around for about 3/4 years i think. Web hosting is only a small part of their service, so i wouldn't worry about them collapsing soon. Saying that, they nearly did in Jan 2001. :o

Barrysworld 20 MB Space 100 mb per day, or 3GB per month FTP upload No Ads PHP Scripting just in case you need it. Fastest free host I know, although I live in the UK with a 56k so that doesn't mean much. :D
