hello, im planning to run a site using XennoBB or XennoCMS (perfect forum software under GPL license) I'll publish swf lessons about joomla, xennobb and mambo (i'll host them from imageshack etc.) the site will be in Turkish. So 100~150 mb hosting with 2-3 gb bandwidth is ok.

hi im using joomla and ipb, and at the moment, it's fine.. but my hosting provider's internet connection is very slow! i need phpsuexec because i dont want to do chmod 777 and then changing it to 755 all the time and can i use my own php.ini? (i can use my own php.ini atm) i can afford...
