I've been using cPanel on most and DirectAdmin on some of my sites. No problem using DirectAdmin but cPanel is more user-friendly, easily understood and flexible.

Do you allow more than 1 account? Cause each account only allows 1 domain add-on. I think it's quite a disadvantage.

I think AN not accepting new signup anymore. The administrators claim to have temporary problems but it's been quite some time now. Existing accounts don't seem to get affected though.
