They have no .htacess / .htpassword support, as well as heavy php function and filetype restrictions. If you are planning on doing anything other than a basic site this place isn't for you

Probably, they don't want fake customers BUT people from fraud countries may try to apply and another BUT if there is an ip block on China then, Australia would also be affected.
 
What if I used my mobile number, but it was originally listed under my brother's name? Would my account still be deleted?
