Hello. The hosting with such parameters is necessary for me:

• NO POST4HOST
• NO EMAIL4HOST
• NO PM4HOST
• No ads (but probably small banner or the text link which is placed manually - don't forget that on this site there will be some small pages for a PDA, where GPRS traffic is very important)
• No PHP function restrictions (reg_glob off, safe_mode off - better, but not necessary)
• 100mb space
• 1gb bandwidth
• 1 parked domain
• 1 mail account
• Normal "anonymous" ftp account (on many hostings it does not work absolutely)
• ALL FILE TYPES ALLOWED
• CPanel (11 better)

thats called using the LayeredPanel script.
they are disabled for security risks and to stop abuse.
go to paid hosting, or specify cPanel (most free cPanel hosts might still disable some features you ask of)

If I'll start to draw money, I'll search for a paid hosting (at me there is no money even on the elementary). And cPanel (11) seems to be specified in requirements.
