did any one help to contact nazuka.net

i am using the the free webhost nazuka.net and in their terms they said if account is suspended for using mass email can request to activate it once upon request , i am not sending any spam mail and an important update to members of my site ,the suspension is automatic and i try to contact nazuka.net for a support , but no reply at all , anybody help me to contact nazuka.net will be highly appreciable

You could also try and contact them directly using the email listed at the bottom of their forum: noreply@freezoka.net
