People don't want to know how much uptime you've had, they want to know how much uptime you'll guarantee. Also you can't claim 100% uptime after 6 days. Give it atleast a few weeks to a month.

Plus, as many people will say, 100% uptime is not a good thing. You need to upgrade and maintain your server which usually requires the server to be reset and/or disconnected. 100% uptime means you're lying to customers, or you don't keep your server up-to-date, which can be a security risk as well as give poorer performance.

Just a few clarifications...

The reason theres only 6 days there is because i only started using their services 6 days ago. Before that my uptime was just the same. And when we need to upgrade or maintain our server, we will give our clients ample notice.

And pls do not make accusations like "you're lying to customers". I have many happy customers and would gladly let you speak to them for verification if they will allow me to.

You may have had 100% uptime before you started with the new uptime moniter, but where's the proof? Even if you have been with multiple uptime moniters, you still need a few weeks to a month before you can get accurate uptime statistics. You should also mention (if you're sure you will maintain 100% uptime) that the only exception to this uptime is for scheduled maintainance.

And when I said "you're either..", i wasn't referring to you, but i was saying in general the person is either lying or arn't keeping their servers up-to-date. Sorry for the confusion.

I have had 100% uptime before the 6 days, but unfortunately I have to admit that I cannot prove it. But you dont see any complains against me here, so it should be ample proof.

And its much better now that the confusion is cleared up now...
