hey, i currently have two sites up on the web,

www.exorohardcard.co.uk
my host has just annouced the moving of there servers and how no free accounts unless otherwise requested wll be moved onto the new servers, and because of the servers location, i am now looking for a new host.
Requirements:
250mb Space +
500mb Bandwidth +
A Control Panel
Subdomains and addon domains enabled
php
MySQL (about 2 or more)
the ability to use my own domain name
i cant post for hosting due to current commitments taking more then all of my time, and because the websites are for groups and 3rd parties, i cant have ads on them.
The first website (www.exorohardcard.co.uk) is the main site, this is a site for the youhts in local school, who have entered into an young enterprise competition, and the hardcard is our product
The second (www.tigweldingservices.co.uk) is a quick site put up for a friend of the family, whose will be out of his current job due to the movement of their headquaters, and thus he is trying to get onto the ladder of working for himself.
