That's why there's a quotation [If you can call ' a quotation. It's an apostrophe but it's used as a quotation mark. (")] in the word "pay". Please widen your horizon. :tired2: If you're not good in english, don't embarass yourself by replying on posts your don't quite understand.

We rarely have any downtimes, however, we've been having a few problems recently (which are mostly fixed now). We've been up for almost a year now, and I can assure you, we're not going to close down anytime soon :)

xiaojun24, we currently have problems with the logins to DirectAdmin and the main mail accounts on server 2. Ftp, most mail accounts and the websites should be working fine without any problems. We are still working on this issue.
 
The problems with the second server are now fixed. Most users are able to log in to their accounts now, and all the others will be able to do so in a few hours. However, it is to be noted that during this time, all the websites were still accessible and the FTP was working. Technically, this is only a partial downtime, as visitors to members' sites did not lose accessibility to the websites.
