Just to explain the issues at hand, his site uses dangers proxy, witch compiles all the requests into one., what is happening is after the proxy retrives it requests from the clients it retrives them off the shared hosting, the issue is that the proxie is trying to catch something that isnt there.
Basicly its asking for 1 of the files, but to view to 40+ people, witch doesnt work. Iv explained to the client that becuase there site doesnt use much cpu ect, however is demanding from the proxy, witch is what is overloading, they may want to look into getting a vps or dedicated, and aquring the script the proxy company is using, or finding a way to bypass the proxy, as it seems to be the issue.
To show the records of whats happening on the server, heres the break down of cpu and memory usages:
Thats from the my cpanel preview just 3 seconds ago. Its not a matter of them using to much active threads, but a matter of there proxy service not being able to accomidate properly.
Also I know this is probally longer then 25 lines, please dont edit, I would also like to thank the client for trying our hosting, unfortanly looks like its unusable for you. We wish you luck in finding a new host.
