I Need A Design

I am in need of a good design for a site i am working on. PM for more details.

It will be a portal type site offering promotional services to a niche market.

The cheaper the better (preferably free) I could pay for it with hosting, and promotion.

I am willing to pay, but not in a monetary sence. more like a trade. a design, or template for one of the things i mentioned.


The problem is as soon as you take $$$ out of the deal whoever is providing the service gets a little bitchy.

plus i dont want to fork out cash for something that might suck.
