Hi. I'm looking to provide free hosting for users of WebmasterNoobs.com, and promote WebmasterNoobs.com using hosting. Basically, I'd like to get a reasonably priced reseller to provide post-to-host ad free hosting. My requirements are below:

- cPanel
- 10+gb Space
- 100+gb Transfer
- Unlimited Domains, MySQL databases, etc.

Also, I'd like to know how simple it is to provide users with a free sub-domain. (username.wnhost.com) I've been looking at nayble.com's reseller, they offer 40gb space and unmetered transfer for only $39 a month.
 
Hosts like Nayble are overselling.

40GB/Unmetered transfer for $39 is simply not possible and you will not find a better offer here ;) So if you are willing to take the risk to be scammed, go with Nayble.

For 10GB quality space you will have to pay at least $25 a month...

Yeah, that's what I thought. Also, I know that this may sound like a stupid question, but: Don't the users get access to the control panel (cPanel/DirectAdmin), and I get a special administrator account? The way some hosts state it have me confused.
