Need about 400-500 MB space/2 GB bandwidth with PHP,MySQL

I have to host a phpBB forum. I am not using free forum services because they don't give custom mods and skins, and attachments.

Requirements:
about 400 MB space
2 GB bandwidth (even 1 GB will do)
PHP
MySQL DB = atleast 2
cPanel (not too essential). :cool2:

It will be better if they have no ads. If there are, I would prefer only text links, no banners.
