[Need advice] USB Ext Box for SATA HDD

my budget up to $50
I need it for my 320GB Seagate Sata
currently already using all 4IDE Slot for HDD (120/160/2x250)
and my both Optical Driver already using ext box

I never had any experince w/ Ext box/enclousure box for HDD before
I'm gonna use it for HDD at least 18-24hours/day and I access it almost everytime

OVERHEAT is the main problem I want to avoid
anyone can recommend me the good one?
