* Min 250Mb disk space
* Min 10-15Gb Bandwidth
* PHP, MYSQL, Cron jobs, etc
* cPanel if possible

* It would also be good if I got a free domain name, but this is not essential!

I was hopeing to pay arround $5

The cron Ill be running runs a small php file which updates the database once a minuite.

Having a cron run every minute can only cause issues with the server, I cant see many web hosts that would make a offer due to that reason. Are you able to set the cron to run every 3 minutes etc etc?.
