Need hosting for Entertainment site

Hi, I run the website www.k0r.net, which is a directory of videos which are hosted on sites like youtube, google video, metacafe, dailymotion, vidilife, etc. Please note that I will not be actually hosting video files on your server. Recently I have been using up too much bandwidth, and I need a new free host.

Minimum Requirements:
- cPanel <-this is a MUST
- Atleast 8 GB of monthly bandwidth
- 100 mb space
- Atleast 4 MySQL databases
- PHP

Also, I prefer no ads, but that is not a requirement. Also, I would prefer no monthly posting requirements. Again, I need some sort of hosting as soon as possible, as I have used over 85% of the 2 GB of bandwidth of my current host.

Before you offer to host my site, please note that although I do not host or put anything illegal or adult, there are what some people may deem to be some "offensive" videos that I hotlink to.
