Need Hosting for Halo 3 Clan

Me and a few others are creating a Halo three clan, but do not have enough start-up capital, we are looking for a free host, and will add a text link on the main page and most of the main site pages at the bottom with a 100 X 100 Banner that links back to your site, if you agree to host us.
What we need is the following :

-Guarentee that you wil not drop us at any point.
-Subdomain or free .info or another domain name, with acehaloclan.info or acehaloclan.subdomain.com
- Unlimited mysql
-fantastico
-Most recent PHP, Mysql, and Cpanel (11... I think)
-5 gb storage
-No file size limits
-ftp (unlimited accounts preferred but not required)
-and 50 Gig Bandwidth
-unlimited email addresses

we will also be willing to add google ads, if you supply us with the code.

We will be hosting the site basically off of Mediawiki, Nuke-evolution, V-war, and some custom coded stuff. Any domain name is appreciated,though something like aceclan.com or acehaloclan.com would be apprecaited.

THe reason I requested the bandwitdth we didd, is from the bat we plan to have innovative feuteres that we plan to attract people with (that will be image exhaustive) and a masssive recruiting drive, and I do not want to have to wonder if we have enough bandwidth. The space is for the same reason.

So yah... any offers that can reach the specs mentioned here and above are apreciated.
