Need Hosting for Non-Profit Organization

Hello There!

My name is Paul, and I am the webmaster for a non-profit organization called "The Society for Peace". Our website, located at http://www.thesocietyforpeace.org, is currently looking for a new webhost.

We are currently hosted on a free host, but they do not fit our needs. Our website is going to have video and possibly audio streaming (webcasts). It will also have a "Members Only" section as well as some other features.

We purchased our domain from DotEasy and I am debating about purchasing their "Unlimited Hosting" plan for $9.99 per month. That comes with 20 GB space and unmetered bandwidth. I think this is a good deal, however, I feel like I can find a more suttle plan from FWS.

Here our my requested specs:
Space: between 10-15 GB (upgradeable when near limit)
Bandwidth: 50-75 GB
MySQL, PHP, etc.
Possible Control Panel (not necessary, but a great perk)
MUST SUPPORT VIDEO STREAMING

I would like the hosting company to be from the United States, since we mostly operate out of Michigan. If your company is based out of the Metro Detroit area, that is great also.

I'm willing to pay between $5 and $20 per month, or am even willing to pay for the entire year.
