Need Reseller Hosting

I need a reseller hosting with Plesk 6 control panel (must have it). The price that I'm loking for is up to $30/month. Please post the following info:
1. How long has you company been online?
2. Do you offer phone support?
3. Your Network Connections?
4. How long does the activation take?
5. Do you have LWP :: Parallel instaled on the server?
6. Can you help me move my and my current customers sites to the new account from different host?

well... if I were you, I dont go with megawebserver. They offer unlimited space for shared accounts, but limited space for reseller accounts. Having confused. And I never believe in unlimited feature. If you look around, the unlimited offer will be no longer accepted in most hosting forums.
