Need Space for Wordpress Band Blog

I need this for promoting a little music project I'm doing. Nothing huge in terms of space or bandwidth, but has to support the usual Wordpress minimum features and be STABLE. Every (100%) host I've used in the past has gone belly-up within ninety days!

One other requirement I forgot to mention is I need a free subdomain. Some free providers lack that.

Update: I've now spent two days trying three of the sites in Offers, with their various rigmaroles for registration. None of these actually fully work, nor are apparently monitored for function or user notifications of problems -- of which there are many. Very strange.
