Regarding language, we require English by default on hosting accounts but you can apply for a language exemption at http://support.toadsociety.com

I am curious as to what is on your site that you would actually need 2 to 3 GB of web space as most forum communities, even large ones don't use anywhere close to that amount of space typically and most would do fine with either our Bronze or Silver plan. However, if you really do need that space, our Platinum plan seems like your best bet and is guaranteed 4 GB web space and we do not oversell or overallocate space on any servers so the amount shown on your plan is indeed the amount available to you.
