Because some of my clients are requesting resellers and id be willing to post a text link on the site

Here's the lowdown, in the simplest way I can put it:
Stuff costs money. You, putting a text link on your website, doesn't make money. See where I'm going with this concept...
Anyway, just tell all your clients they can quite easily register on the same website you used to "make your own free host" if they need a reseller...for whatever reasons they need. However, if they/you/whomever needs WHM + Cpanel, you'll need a plan or something similar, rather than doing it on a mere whim.

Sounds more like a drug deal then anything else. I'd help you out, but I use Helm instead of Cpanel.
Don't your 'clients' pay you?
Why not just setup accounts with the host you advertise in your sig?
he is using one of those things, the erm Byet type of hosting.
isn't that against the rules to have it in your sig anyway?
and to the OP: if your clients are requesting it, you give them it.
