SSL certificate?

Is there a SSL certificate installed on FWS? Or do I get some weird spam pop-up here?

What's it showing? I have never gotten a pop-up of any kind on this site at all.

The only SSL certificate on this site (that I know of) is an expired self-signed certificate.

It's showing a question that I can accept or denie. With "Cybertrust Public SureServer CV CA" and "Baltimore Cybertrust Root" in it, I denie it all the time. I have never had this on FWS.
