Stuck At Gatwick

On my way home from Oz and now stuck at Gatwick Airport, South, until 5 this evening. It's only like 11:15am
Anyone wanna pop over to say Hello? :D
 
You'll be plastered by the time you get home mate, unfortunately I'd love to join you but it's a bit more than a 'pop' from here :D
 
Yeah. Just after a 23+ hour flight from Melbourne, Australia and pretty much rooted. Hadn't much sleep either because they messed my seat up in Bankok. Sold it to someone else so they had to reseat me in between 2 Polish dudes who just didn't know when to shut up so people could sleep. I asked to be relocated but they said no so I said "But it was ok to sell my f***ing seat though!" Ah well.
So basically, because it's too early to even check my luggage in for this evenings flight, I am dragging it everywhere. Out for a smoko, in for coffee or to use the Internet, back down stairs again to go for a smoko, back in again, up stairs, down stairs, in and out of shops etc. Man, I am gonna lose 5 stone before the flight goes I have sweated more in Gatwick than I did in my whole month in Australia.
If anyone is in the area, do pop in. I am on my own and bored as hell. :D
 
This is the ideal situation for a wireless enabled laptop, and 24 pints, 3 packets of fags, and a partridge...... ;)

Well, I could have the 24 pints but I doubt Ryan Air would be pleased about it and my Mum because she will be waiting at Cork Airport for me at 6pm haha

Lost it as I had a redirected load of some Irish beer (sorry stout) sent to me and forced down my throat, oh no sorry that was what I ordered for you - I got a 28 hour shift ya git and your back from holiday.

Welcome back matey, sent the whole lot of Guiness back to be delivered, did I have your address right?

You know what? I think airport security would have had serious issues with you having a live partridge in the terminal...not to mention a full grown pear tree.

Airport security seemed to have issues anyways as they couldn't keep their eyes off me all day.
 
Once, during that bomb scare in heathrow last summer, I went through washington DC security & then heathrow security with a small firework in my back pocket.

How fun.
