Torrent site template

Hi i was wondering is there a template for a torrent sites. Because i hav noticed several torrent sites hav a similar patter. gor example bitme.org, bitseduce, biztorrent, the older layout of theplace.bz and the older layout of thevault.bz, among several others. Is there away to get this template. If so can i make it apart of my joomla website.
