I don't think you'll find somebody offering a free domain transfer, but both of those will host the domain

Just a technical correction, U69 has absolutely no ads
whatsoever and DOES NOT require any text link anymore.

When they were operating under AMZ Web Hosting, there
was a policy to have a text link back to the AMZ site. However,
since they broke away from AMZ, that policy has been deleted
and we are allowed to delete the text links now.

U69 administrators posted about this policy change on their
