website transfering script

Im wishing to change my host and was wondering if there was a script or free service that would transfer my current website files and MySQL databases to my new host

Generate a backup from your old host, then either use SSH with your new host to retreive it or ask your new host to do it for you.

SSH = Secure Shell. Some hosts dont allow SSH so you should really ask your new host for details. they should be able to help you, and if they are a decent host will do it all for you.
