Why creating backlinks too fast can harm your site's SEO.

It would seem that since the Panda update, Google are penalising sites more than ever, and one reason that this happens is because backlinks created too fast are seen by Google as being artificially generated and therefore invalid.

This means that in order to succesfully promote a site, you should create backlinks at a slow and steady pace, rather than all at once.

Too many backlinks in a short amount of time it was a reason to penalize websites always. It has nothing to do with panda update.
Your backlinks must grow ORGANIC - if this week you collect 50 backlinks, and next week you get another 1000 backlinks, this brigns a red flag to google, therefore penalizing your site for trying to influence search engine ranking.
Buying and selling links is against Google Webmasters Guidelines.

Posting every day or two on blogs with relevant content I've found works a treat. First, you become more knowledgeable plus you're getting backlinks for posting on something which interests you. Good comments also sometimes get people clicking your links too (as well as track-backs)

if you want successful promotion then always use backlinks accelerator as manual :) if we use white hate techniques and get much more back links then google why will do this non acceptable action ?

Search engines have been taught to fight black SEO, and the one of the signs of black methods is gaining the ranks and positions too fast to be true. That is why Google, and other SE's may ban your site, even if nothing black is used to optimize it.
