would park domain have good traffic?

I have bought a few domain names recently, I parked them and listing them for sale at a domain marketplace.
My purpose is to sell them, not for making money from parking.
I see there are very few visitors to those parked sites, I am wondering does parking domain produce any traffics? Should I build a simple site myself (or used WP) or just park them? If I build a simple site I could edit the meta detals for SEO purpose, but I can not do anything with is when I park them.
So which is better for make traffic grow, to built a site or park it?

The reason people park domains is to take advantage of traffic already going to the domain.Most of the parking sites don't allow you to send traffic to your page.

Yeah, it will give you more traffic. Try to find more information about parked domains via Google search.
