Our servers are monitored 24/7, therefore if there is a problem with one of our servers, we will take action within 10 minutes. We do not overload or oversell our servers. We believe that overselling only creates more problems than the profit it makes, plus it is being dishonest to our clients, therefore we do not oversell, period. Our support team is available via Email, and some IM software; for client's convenience.
At this stage we only offer Shared Hosting Plans. This does not mean that we operate from resellers accounts, because we do not. We directly lease our servers from well recognised server providers. All of our plans include cPanel (with Fantastico and RVSkins).
