Dear programmers...
I have bought a file hosting script and used a dedicated server with the fallowing spec.
Intel Celeron
Operating System: Fedora Core 9 - 32-BIT
Control Panel: CPanel/WHM - Unlimited Domains - (CentOS/Fedora/BSD)
Bandwidth: 2000GB Standard
RAM/Memory: 1GB DDR2
HD 250 GB
the problem i'm facing is that i can't upload big files(100MB+) usually the uploading stops at some point, sometimes at 90%, other times at 7%....
and as i am not a programmer, i'm lost between:
1. the support in the dedicated server who's claiming that it's a script bug....
and
2. the script company who's saying that many customers bought the script and they're happy with it, everything is fine with them so it's your server problem not a bug in your script...
i really don't know who to beleive, and what's wrong with my site....
please please i need some 3rd party opinion in this matter to know what's my next step....
this is the site:

your help is highly appreciate it!
thank you in advance....
