I think what it is is that people seem to think that there is a large chance of them making money off of the ads that are thrown all over them. Which is true. WIth all the ad places popping up there is always a place to put them, and proxy sites are used world wide.

Actually no. This was a design that someone made that I changes some things around. It was made for Web Tiger.
