But if your speaking of something like Wordpress, then no. Because it becomes MySQL intensive, when you have a lot of concurrent users, servers loads will rise.

I'd choose a company that has a good uptime record as well as good customer support. There's a few on here thats pretty respectable.
Try to stay away from major oversellers as they tend to be hard on their servers which makes them run horrible.
