I've got some questions about this offer:
1. Can i also pay with a bank transaction because i live in germany and don't have a credit card.
2. On the page, i can only order the "normal" AH02 package... do i have to go to a special page ?

1. Sure. We would need to wait for the cleared funds in that case for a new client. Any further orders we wouldn't need to be so strict about.

2. When we receive an order for a 2 for 1 special, we set up the account as normal, with the normal quotas for that plan. The Welcome Email is then dispatched which asks whether another domain is to be hosted or whether you would prefer the quotas for the existing plan be doubled. Sometimes a client wont have a second domain ready. They may not need the second account for another few weeks. So the second domain offer is held and honoured when required. But if you wanted the existing domain to receive the doubled quotas on offer, you would let us know by reply email and right away the quotas are adjusted.
