1day and made 2templates, review :)

I love the first one, that would be perfect for my site. The second one is very nice, would be well suited for a company. You should do this for a living :)

thnx mate, i on the first one for my site, but maybe i will release it for you guys. :)

I really like to first one, looks fragile and soft. Good for something artistic rather than anything industrial.
At plan B I am bit confused about the fonts. I think you liked your first one so much that you did not spend a lot of time with the second one.

actually, i made the B first and then A :). but B is for a friend of my, but i haven't got any good pictures to add in.

cheers

Both templates are very impressive :)
What programs did you use to make your templates?
You certainly have artistic flair.

I learned how to code html using wordpad in 1997.
In 1998 I downloaded from cnet.com a freeware program called Web-O-Rama & for a free program, it was pretty good but my entire site got the "1998 dated look" (there are universal jokes about 1998 webmasters :biggrin2: )
Last year I bought Dreamweaver MX & Photoshop CS. I'm trying to familiarize myself with those programs by using them with books & online tutorials & hit-or-miss practice :biggrin2:

I want to convert my entire site into CSS & I'm just not bringing that about as quickly as i'd like but I hope to have a new & expanded look soon.

i never bought a book, i use google and try to find tutos, DW is easy, still it's power enought :D. the css is quite new for me too, and i use it more and more ( add backgound color to table, pictures via css)

tried to make a website to work both in firefox and IE, that's why i have to use css, otherwise the w3 validator keep whining about error hhehehe

aki, did you ever take a course? Did you have a teacher teach you Photoshop?
Did you learn Photoshop on your own?

I'd like to visit Sweden one day. I haven't traveled in a while :cry2:
I've been to Spain 3 times: Ireland, Scotland, Germany, Hungary, Austria & Czech Republic.
Your url is one of the best for stock photos :classic2: Here's some other links:
http://www.freeimages.co.uk/
http://www.freeimages.com/
http://free-stock-photos.com/
http://www.freefoto.com/browse.jsp?id=100-0-0
http://www.imageafter.com/
http://www.mikenew.net/RoyaltyFreePhotos/default.asp
http://www.photolib.noaa.gov/index.html

Try those for a start :classic2: They are in no particular order

Do you have any good tutorial links?

Ill second that one, and goog-tutorials is a VERY good site for learning photoshop, once u learn the filters and the basic tools, almost everything just depends on your level of creativity from there on.

freeimages.co.uk is good, but you have to have link back :(

I use FreeFoto.com - just one link back on the home page
