3 month with submitnet.net

is any one use submitnet.net befor or know is it important to pay $48 per month?!!

i have get a 3 month when purchance anothe product but thay asked me for my CC .and thay says that thay will not charge me in the next 3 months!
i'am really afrad that thay us my CC in the next 3 months)

any one knowing submitnet.net ?
