Well, for a few days we had a lot of trouble with our billing/support system. Support tickets were not coming through properly and paid invoices were not showing up as paid! Wow, what a load of trouble that was, we managed to get it fixed very quickly though and it didn't really affect our customers too much but we apologized to them all anyway!
We had a few suggestions from our clients on how to improve our services, as a result of this we have now started a blog. This will allow customers to keep up to date with what's going on and we will be posting any scheduled downtime on there too.
