About shoutcast hosting

Hello all,
I jus starting up a shoutcast hoting on my own server but i have somethings to ask.
The poeple how buy the shoutcast from and scream music on there shoutcast can i be in trouble bcause of that.
Because most off the poeple download the mp3 files and that is against the law.
So when they scream there music in public that means that they break the law right?
Well i realy hope that some can let me more about this and how they hosting shoutcast .

Since you're a host you won't get into trouble but you'll be the one that gets the letter/email so you can do something about it, it's your customers responsibility to get a license. It's cheap and easy to get a license for residents of the usa but as I've tried... it's not so easy in the uk.
