i want to know if anyone know of activex or toolbar programs which pay on cpm basis.

There is one I know of that pays $5 CPM, but like all activex programs I'd stay clear. You're promoting spyware, or something close enough to it.

i know that it's not at all good to promote spyware,but with the the new google toolbar blocking the popunders,the smaller players are really taking a beating which makes them look forward to promoting activex.

It is not good at all to promote spyware and if you do it in a way to make money then you are as scummy as the spyware/activex advertisers. Sorry, anyone considering this will never get traffic from me. Go get an honest job if you want money.
