best euro fwp???

Hello!
What is the best Europe based free web provider?
Reliability, cgi/ssi..., webspace, ad policy etc.
There seems be a bias towards USA fwp's here...
F2S seems OK but damn slow (for new users at least).
http://www.ovh.org ?
http://www.exit.de ?
etc......

I'm looking for a up 30 meg space, good ad policy (ad on a first page only or no ads or a "nice little banner"), PROVEN reliability, SPEED (for movie files and pictures), FTP and "unlimited traffic" or lots of bandwidth.

I have tried a few providers and powersearched but I would like to hear some real experiences. If you have for example good links to sites like this one that are little more Euro.

Well, I haven't been able to find free ones, except those of the local ISPs but they mostly don't have PHP support and such...
