Brisv.A! Trojan PLEASE help :(

Grrrrr am just having fantastic luck with my 2 comps not! lol

can anyone tell me how to get rid of Brisv.A! Trojan, my nortan is sayin i have it on my Acer Laptop in a music folder, it wont let me delete that file :| someone told me to install avg n that would remove it, but thats not even picking it up on the scan

Can anyone advise me please ?

Norton > AVG? LOL. AVG blows.
How do you have your Norton setup? To automatically delete the files, or just quarantine it - or to do nothing?
Give Norton another scan, making sure it's setup to automatically remove infected files.
Download Spyware terminator and run that, and also Malware Bytes. With Spyware Teminator, install ClamAV too as the addon.

Then see how it goes.
