Yeah, probably so. They have a lot wrong with their DNS setup.

The parent servers did not report information for their domain. They have A records available from the parent zone but have none created for their nameservers locally. They have fusedwebs.com listed as their nameservers, but not listed at the parent nameservers. They have their own nameservers created at the parent, but do not have NS records in their DNS zone for them. They are also using orderbox-dns.com and have the SOA serial numbers wrong.

What a mess. Anybody considering this host should consider the issues with their DNS setup.
 
Hello There,

We appolagize about the DNS Issue. We have recently had issue's with the DNS Name Server's and DNS Server. These have both now been fixed and operating as normal.

For the setup of our DNS, Where shortly going to be using cluster's along all of our server's (USA/UK/EU) Server's.

Fused-DNS is now our main nameserver domain.
