IMO, you could try namepros.com that is reliable and reputed registrar and if you need slightly cheaper registrar then directi.com is also good and reliable one.

Just use the code they send to your emails i registered a .net outside the 24 limit they say you have to do it in. I just used the promo code and it's still discounted. 5.50 btw
