I need the following specs for hosting my forum:

Atleast 200MB Space
Atleast 5000MB Bandwidth
Cpanel
Fantastico
All other features unlimited.
No posting required or at most 10 posts
No posting for upkeep or at most 5 posts per month.

If you get a message like that, it means that your application was not
accepted and our technical support can probably tell you more precisely
why your application failed. All I can do here is just speculate ...

If you were specifically asked to contact support though, it is most likely that
your IP address is listed on a public blacklist database somewhere such
as SpamCop, Sorbs, or other similiar spam sender databases, etc.

Again, contact support at support@clubhostcity.com and they should be
able to tell you precisely why your application failed and if possible
they might be able to resubmit your application as well!
