I need the following specs for hosting my forum:

Atleast 200MB Space
Atleast 5000MB Bandwidth
Cpanel
Fantastico
All other features unlimited.
No posting required or at most 10 posts
No posting for upkeep or at most 5 posts per month.

able to tell you precisely why your application failed and if possible
they might be able to resubmit your application as well!
