Can anyone offer me reliable Hosting

Hi,

Can anyone give me reliable web hosting that has the following:

• Atleast one Mysql database,
• PHP with the mail function properly configured,
• 300MB webspace (I'm not realy sure how much I need so offer a decent amount and ill accept)
• A decent amount of Bandwidth,
• No Forum PostingRequired,
• Relatively quick activation,
• Good help (With my last host they helped in no way when my php scripts that should have worked wouldn't connect to the mysql database that they didn't realy have setup)

I using the hosting for a gaming clan site and if the clan doesn't go very well it will be changed to a general gaming site.

thanks for offering but ive taken up hosting with biohazrd_host.net with nly one problem: you have to have a realy complex password
