Can you program in PHP?

I need a php programmer to make me a database system similar to http://www.bigbytes.co.uk & http://www.hostsearch.com. It doesnt need to be queit as complex as the hostsearch system. I can't unfortunatly pay you todo this work. However i can host your website for free without banners. I can give you -

50MB DiskSpace
5 GB Bandwidth
5 POP3 Mail Accounts
CGI
PHP
1 MySQL Database
Subdomain or domain hosted (note - i wont buy you a domain)

You wont ever have to pay for this hosting account. No Porn Sites or Warez sites will be hosted. I shall review your site prior to accepting it to make sure its not some dodgy site. If ive posted this in the wrong forum please feel free to move it
