Requirements:

• 23% of salary of your sales (ONLY DURING THE OBSERVATION PERIOD) - 10% of salary of your sales for your 1st year with us (sales profit starting point) - 15% of salary for employees working for a period of 2 consecutive years - 20% of salary for employees working for a period of 4 consecutive years
• Year-end profits from net revenue
• 1 free domain registration - 2 free domain names registration for employees working over 3 years
• Your basic salaries will be discussed after we employ you.

Chosen candidates will be put under an observation period for about 4 months. After the observation period, we will confirm whether you can be part of our team.

• During the observation period, the first THREE benefits listed above will be in effect.
• During the observation period, you will work like a normal Legit Web Host employee.
• This observation period is your time to show how you fit our needs. If you have no experience at all, these four months will be the time we teach you.
• If we are to unemploy you for any reason during your observation period, we will give you a seven-day notice.

Conditions:

1. To qualify for year-end profits from net-revenue,

You must work for at least a year and must pass at least 1 financial term (From August 1st of this year to the July 31st of next year).


2. To be qualified for a Free Domain name Registration,

You must work for at least 10 months at Legit Web Host Ltd.
You will keep getting a free domain name (we register it for an annual term for you every year) as long as you are still working for Legit Web Host Ltd.
If you leave for any reason, you will still have full possession with your domain name until it expires.

That's less than 2 support operators on at any given time, to cover a 24 hour period. That really isn't that many.

What I don't understand is how 50 hours a week (ticket only jobs) can possibly considered part time. Maybe things are different in Canada.

That was exactly my point too, as I couldn't find any prove about if this is an existing company.
