I'll recommend rackshack also 
For the price the service is very good, not to mention you get a whopping 300GB of bandwidth standard with the plan.
Their customer support isn't the greatest, but assuming you have some knowledge on server administration, you shouldn't need to use their support anyhow
If you do use them, I do however recommend running your own dns, because the rackshack.net DNS servers frequently have errors causing some glitches + downtime.

Slow support can be both good, and bad..since they could have so many members, that they cannot handle all of them at once, so it takes a while....then the other one is that they do not try.

I don't think it's that they don't try, but they do have a massive influx of members, coupled with the fact they just moved datacenters, and are 'relatively' new in the hosting scene.
Things ARE getting better, but just don't expect the same support your going to get from verio or rackspace

I think www.digitalprinceton.net does raq hosting for fairly cheap

I think they put huge ads on your site or something... there is something they do to make up profits, can't remember though o.0

Theres no possible way a company could offer a dedicated server w/ that kind of bandwidth for 11.99 per month, that just simply isn't possible unless as someone stated, they plaster huge ads on your site.. or they simply lie about their hosting :|

Although it seems to be 11.99 a month,it is actually 11.99 a week,you can now have a 1 year contract on the new RAQ4 servers.There is no ads but unlike some dedicated server places you cant use it for anything,no music,no pornography,not one mp3 (non warez).20gig b/w isnt much either for a dedicated server.
